Atos assessment appointment

Hi all, had a letter through on Saturday informing that I have been awarded 0 points at the WCA, this in itself is not a surprise but the letter (esa 65) lists the answers I "gave" and I can tell you that i did not answer like that, the assessment is a fabrication what a joke. For example I live in centre of town opposite a supermarket where I am able to do my shopping, because of this they say I can walk 200 meters so must be fit for work! :mad: In addition the letter says "we have sent you a letter to tell you that you are not entitled to Emplyment and support allowance", first ive heard of that, should have been paid today but no money in bank looks like im in the doo financially,

So here I am signed off sick by my doctor unable to claim JSA because I really cant find work I can do, I feel like booking an appointment for the Docs to be asked to be bumped up the list for the euthanasia clinic when it opens.

Slightly unsure of my next move, should i call DWP up at Caerphilly or would it be better to write to ask for a reconsideration?? Surely if they informed me on saturday then they have to pay me upto saturday so there should have been something in the bank today!!

Well thanks for the help people I got supprt elswhere but just to update you all and for those still fighting I am now on the main phase of ESA having had the decision changed due to the pack of lies on the ATOS report, hopefully the HCP will be suspended along with ATOS lol as well if not then there are series questions to ask as the decision was overturned based on none medical evidence provided by just me and the sum of that were highlighting the lies, ommisions, fabrications and dangerous assumptions made by the batty HCP, on behalf of ATOS. I provided no new medical evidence in my appeal ether so there ya go ATOS are corrrupt and DWP now it, but we know that dont we.
