Very annoying

Last week I bought a Razor blade and 15 cartridges from the Zavvi Outlet and today the box arrived with the razor blade and only 3 cartridges. This is the auction page

Is it only me? It does say 15 isn't it?!

Sent them message via ebay and see what they have to say. did anyone else here bought from this outfit?:eek:

The text does say 3 replacement cartridges, they have their title wrong.

IME you won't get anywhere with them, they are like all outlets, awful.

It's sleight of English ... 15 replacement heads... in their-speak means "15 replacement blades" to represent the 3 heads, each with 5 blades.

The title says 15 replacement cartridges.

The text says 3 replacement cartridges.

They have their title wrong.

The seller replied:

The seller offered a partial refund of £4.00 that will be issued through PayPal within 3 days if you accept the offer.

I refused it and asked to send what they promised on the sale page or a full refund.

I thought Zavvi was a high street name, the fact is that the box was full of adverts for c**ap no one need.

Why are you being so hard, clearly an admin error, the picture says 3 as does the listing, it's just the title that is wrong.

I do not think it is a typo in the title as this offer is going for a long time with many purchased, even been on HDUK at one point, strange.
