urgnet help please

the cat has stepped on my keyboard. The screen display has turned itseflf sideways and gone really small. I can hardly see what i am typing. How can I fix this.

    Thank you so much. I don't know what I would have done without your help. The screen size had gone to about 40% as well I know how to fix that bit but could not get to the tools on the toolbar as they were not visible due the screen changing origination.

    Thank you again. I would have had no chance goggling the problem as I could not read the screen.

    Use the other arrows to change the direction, up puts its back to normal. I know this works on Intel chipsets, couldn't guarantee it on AMD or nVidia GPU's.
