Lol, Creation Fail.
I tried to do a balance transfer from an Amex Platinum Cashback card to a Creation "Asda Money" card and they didn't recognise the deatails.
Fair enough, everyone gets funny about Amex so I've learned, so they agreed to do a manual transfer, I gave them Amex' sort code and account number along with the card number again.
They still can't seem to make the transfer, debited my Asda Money account yesterday and credited it back today.
Grr.
Probably for the best. I'll just pay off the Amex with real money. Silly not to really as I have the readies.
Still, hopefully someone will find it useful to know Creation haven't got the foggiest how to to a balance transfer to an Amex card.

i have asda card, dont rate itDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
