royal mail small packet to mexico..how big

im selling a item that i usualy manage to get in a jiffy bag for uk under 8cm postage
a buyer in mexico has enquired ...i can see the pricing but not sure on the size allowed for mexico small packet
id like to beef up the packaging if possible...so what size box would be allowed
