Civil Penalty Notice

Robin Hood Parking gave me a Civil Penalty Notice yesterday for £35, I genuinely parked up and run to the local shop to get change... should I pay or not ??

Thanks

I imagine this is the company that operates in the Newark Area. This not a "civil penalty notice", but a parking charge notice. Robin Hood are not BPA members and so cannot get your details from the DVLA. So you are safe to ignore these stupid demands, nothing will happen.

What an inappropriate name, Robin Hood only robbed the rich.

And it won't go anywhere if the OP doesn't contact them as they have no legal way to contact them, unless the OP tells them.

If you somehow get sent any letters there will have been a DPA breach so do let us know. Don't respond to this bunch of chancers at all, in any form.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
