Hi everybody I've come on looking for advice on shares. I have a small amount of shares that I got given from my old company when I worked for them . I got them in 2004 but I then left the company later on ,anyway they have sent me a letter basically saying that they want to buy them back at a set price ,also they do not give a reason for why they want to buy them back but i do know that they have being have financial difficultys . What are my rights do I have to sell them? Also will they have offered me bottom price or the going rate ? How can I find out what there worth
Thanks simon

Your question is like asking "Someone has offered me some money for my car. Is this a good deal?"
If you want anyone to be able to comment even remotely helpfully:
- what company do you own shares in?
- how many shares do you have?
- what price have you been offered?0
