I want to use my credit card's exchange rate rather than Paypal's. How do I do this?

Only way to use CC rate will be to pay direct to the retailer.
Will the retailer not do this?
For many reasons it is always better to pay direct, rather than via a 3rd party.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0 -
