Balance Transfer

Hey
Quick question, i'm 25 have an ok job and was wanting to sort my finances out, I have a Barclay Card Gold card - Balance £2700
and an AMEX Platinum CB Credit Card - Balance £500
I was going to transfer these to the Tesco Club Card Credit Card with 0% Balance transfer offer and then make payments of £150 a month to get them paid off in the time provided.
Will this be a problem, transferring from those 2 cards?
I also have a AMEX Gold Charge Card, can you balance transfer from this?
