first-tier tribunal decision notice

I have received the decision notice from the first tier tribunal. I have waited nearly 6 weeks but still not received any backdated entitlement, how long must I wait.:mad:

well done for winning, mine going in this week, when you phone up check see what group you in, then if they tell you not long after, mine took 5-6 weeks0

The Decision of the Tribunal will be sent to whoever administers your benefit. They could appeal the decision if they believe an error in law has been made or it could simply be awaiting someone to deal with it.These are my own views and you should seek advice from your local Benefits Department or CAB.0

My friend's took exactly 2 months and that was only after chasing by telephone and letter.Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.0

call the benefit centre who deals with your claim should only take about 6 -7 weeks to get backdated money.0
