Hiya just wondering if anyone has any advise. I always park on the same car park which is a pay by phone one (if you have no change you call and they debit your account)
I have received a charge today for £100 for failure to pay. I have checked my receipts and for some reason that day I haven't paid for my parking!! I was running late for work so i must have in a rush ended the call too soon
Is there anything I can do? I'm annoyed as I've paid so much money to this car park over the years but I suppose it is my own fault.
It's £60 if I pay early should I just suck it up and pay?
It's looks genuine they are npa approved (vompany is parking eye)
Thanks

If its private parking just ignore it after couple letters they give up0

This is not a "genuine" ticket - And the BPA carry no more weight than my gran! So don't think on paying it.
You would be best to repost this in the Parking Forum. Simply ignoring PA is not the best option anymore - An appeal to POPLA is a far better way of getting them off your back.0 -
