Natuzzi leather sofas

I'm thinking of buying a new sofa, and found one I liked from a firm called Natuzzi.

But after coming home from the showroom, I found a significant number of poor reviews about their quality, workmanship and customer service online.

Does anybody on here have experience of this company, or perhaps recommendations for stylish, contemporary leather sofas? Even better if they're manufactured in Britain...

Thanks

Nathan

Only a sample of one, but our Natuzzi is over ten years old and looks like new.

A manufacturing fault which became apparent after a few weeks (a stain in the leather) was fixed by replacing a whole seat cushion, no problems getting it sorted with the store we purchased it from.

Since then it has continued to give good service. The cushions aren't saggy and it has survived a child to 7 with no long lasting damage.

They are very solid, a chair needs two people to move it.
