A letter from a guy calling himself Roger Wallis who claims he can help you sort out any money you may be owed to help you clear you IVA quicker?

I googled his name and he works for a company called ivalegalservice, does anyone know of this company?

I had a similar letter a while back from another company - same type of thing though.

Basically, they are trying to conclude your IVA, by making you go bankrupt - a service for which they will charge you (a lot more than the £700 it costs to go BR yourself I suspect).

These companies get our details from the insolvency register, run by scum that give you false hope, and no doubt sucker some customers in to going for it.

File the letter in 'recycling'.

I think its the first time I have heard of this particular one, but then again, maybe not.

Just had a look through his site.....looks pretty basic in my opinion.

Cant see much mentioned on IVA to bankruptcy but quite a bit on bankruptcy annullment, DMPs & in my view actually plugging IVAs.

Cannot see much about fees unless I have missed it, wonder how he makes his money?

Companies cold calling, well, says it all really I suppose
