PPI Claim declined for Lloyds TSB Credit Card

Just had my letter back from Lloyds TSB who have declined my claim based on their belief that I was not mis-sold it.
I`ve rang them and they`ve told me to send a dispute letter. Should I do this or just go straight to the FOS?
My reasons for being mis-sold are
I was and still am self employed
I do not and did not have ppi on any of my other cards/loans (approx 10).
Lloyds have already paid out on mis-selling ppi (about 4 years ago) to me on a loan I had from them which was taken out not long after this credit claim. (Lloyds declined the claim but the FOS ruled in my favour.
I don`t see the point of the dispute letter as I don`t really have anything more to say regarding my claim, that they don`t already know.
Thanks

Lloyds cover self employed on most of their PPI plans.I do not and did not have ppi on any of my other cards/loans (approx 10).
