how do i transfer copy , pics to a card using the pc to view on the picture frame

If your PC doesn't have a card reader, you'll need to buy one, which you plug into your USB port. When you stick the card into the reader, it appears under 'My Computer' as a removable disk that you can drag and drop the photos onto.
