Domain name/webhosting renewal - better prices?

One of my friends has a website which needs renewing in a few days but the price seems so high. Could anyone recommend a better plan please or am I reading this wrong? All it uses is a wordpress blog and phpbb forum.

I've never seen an itemised bill like this like for domain privacy? Since when did that have to be paid for? Is it so you can't look up who owns the website? Little confused as to what she's paying for and why so high.
