I have successfully made a claim with egg/Canada square.
I sent off my acceptance form accepting the offer. They are now saying they need a copy of my marriage certificate before they will send my cheque as i have been married. I have already sent them this as they would not proceed with my claim until they had it.
I have emailed them without any reply. I have also rang them and they are claiming they do not have it!!!!!!
Do you think i should send it off or do you think i will receive cheque.
Thanks.

They are just stalling the process for no good reason. So annoying, they are doing that to me too with an SAR request with regards to ID.0

Just do as the Bank requests, no point prevaricating about it...0

Yeah . . it's terrible the way banks try and ensure they don't give your details or pay out your cash to someone else . . .

Hi has anyone had any luck at all with egg/Canada square Ppi claims. They contacted me and offered me a refund of £1194...however I had to send a copy of my marriage cert. I did this but it was swiftly returned as needed cert from my bank....I then got my bank to certify a copy of my marriage cert and passport....Canada square have received it as I've had the copies returned with a letter advising they had now added them to my file, however, still no cheque.....it's been over 2 month now!0

It is when I ask for my own details and get someone else's then they dither over sending me my own.0
