Credit card help!

Looking to take out a credit card just in case I should ever need it and in some cases, to help me get by every month
I've looked online and I don't make over 10k a year
Does anyone know of any that offer to people making less than this, won't charge me if I pay it off in full at end of month and also won't charge me if I never use it at all? It's possible I may never use it

I can be wrong, but I've never heard about £10K threshold.
In MSE article there are 'pre-apply eligibility checker' links for some cards.
And no, it doesn't cost you anything if you don't make cash withdrawals and pay the statement balance in full and in time.0
