Wales help to buy/new buy schemes

Hello
I am after some advice please?
The newbuy scheme I have read is no longer being introduced in Wales? Is this correct. I have tried to find out if there will be support for people in Wales looking to buy a new build?
We are looking to move home as we have outgrown our current one and thought the newbuy scheme would be great to help us move up the property ladder to our forever home... Any advice or signposting to info wold be greatly received! Thank you

The Welsh Newbuy is being reformatted/renegotiated should be coming out in a couple of months, however the UK version still covers Wales from now.

How do you plan to pay back the extra 20% equity loan?
