Competition terms and conditions

1. Prize for one winner: A 5 night holiday for the winner and their guest to the Marbella Poker Festival in Spain on 8 June 2013 – 12 June 2013. Prize includes return economy flights and Minimum 3* accommodation on a room only basis with 2 people sharing, and £500 spending money and a £1000 buy in to the Poker Festival for the winner only.
2. The £500 spending money will be credited to a PokerStars.com account which the winner will be required to open. The winner can then transfer this spending money directly to their bank account.
3. Pokerstars will register the winner for the event that carries an entry fee of £1000. PokerStars will pay the entry fee as part of the prize, and will send the winner all the details of where they need to be, what time, and all the event scheduling details.
4. Flight, hotel accommodation and £500 transfer arrangements will be made as soon as the winner confirms acceptance of the Prize.
5. You must be 18 or over to enter this competition. The winner’s guest must also be over 18. Proof of age of both the winner and guest will be required in the form of scanned photo id; passport or driving licence.
6. The winner and their guest must have a valid passport(s) with no restrictions on travel to Spain and the winner and their guest will need to ensure they have travel insurance in place to cover the trip.
7. The winner and their guest will be flown from their nearest possible UK airport (subject to availability). Travel to and from the airport in the UK is not included in the Prize and is the responsibility of the winner.
8. Transfers to and from the airport in Marbella to the hotel are included in the Prize.
9. This competition is open to UK residents only.
10. Competition opens on 26th April 2013 at 21:00.
11. Competition closes on 27th May 2013 at 23:45.
12. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
13. The Prize winner will be contacted by telephone between the hours of 10am and 5pm on 28th May 2013. If we are unable to contact you an alternative winner will be selected. We will continue this process until the winner has been spoken to. The winner will then have until 10am the next day to confirm acceptance of the prize.
14. The Marbella Poker Festival starts on the 8th of June 2013 to the 16th June 2013. The winner must be available to attend the event on the 8th of June or forfeit the Prize. Should the winner wish to stay to the end of the Festival (16 June 2013) all additional costs incurred will be the winner’s responsibility.
15. No cash alternative is available; Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no alternatives will be offered.
16. Entry into this competition is via this on-line entry form only. We will not accept entries via post or telephone.
17. All other costs arising from the acceptance of this Prize unless specified will be the responsibility of the winner.
