Amazon/Luxury Express Flatpack furniture

Hi there all,
Dont know if anyone can help me with this. I purchased a shoe cabinet on Amazon from a company called Luxury Express which came flat packed. When it was put together the plastic runners for the drawers were incredibly weak and ran on plastic pins which were inadequate for the weight of the heavy mirrored drawers. The top drawer would not run on the plastic runners and was dangerous too. Also even the drawers that ran on the plastic runners fell forward and opened even with shoes in them.
I emailed via Amazon to say I wanted either a refund or replacement as the goods were faulty. Luxury Express first said if it had been made up to instructions it would have been fine. So I said that it had been made up following instructions and reiterated my request. They then said they would give me half the money and some replacement parts. I said that my unscrewing and screwing in of replacement parts would only serve to weaken the structure further so could I have a refund or replacement. They said it needed attaching to the wall (something which they did not put in the online item description only in the instructions which came through with the goods) and would then be fine. I then emailed back to say that I was hardly going to drill into the wall to attach it when the goods were defective in the first place and again requested refund/replacement. They then emailed back today to say that they would refund and pay for pick up if I unassembled the whole thing. I do have original packaging and order number but it seems ridiculous that I should spend money getting someone to unassemble this item. They said it needs to be in identicle condition as when it was delivered which it obviously wont be as it is flat pack furniture. What are my rights, do I need to dissassemble it as they seem to be making things up as they go along do dissuade me from getting a refund. Any information would be gratefully received.
