Looking to go on the market soon, what are the typical fees i feel 1-2% should be the norm and a contract 6 weeks? What have other people found to be the norm in their area?

3 month contract and 1-1.25% sale only fee excluding VAT.
We've got our contract duration down to 6 weeks due to the over-confident EA but I don't think it would be considered the norm.Thinking critically since 1996....0 -
