Complete form TR1 and submit with ID to the Land Registry.

The LR will advise on the procedure (but not on legal or financialmatters).

G_M has already provided the relevant links to the parts of our website which help with compelting the Transfer and identity requirements.

This FAQ is often the starting point for such enquiries as well.

As G_M mentions we cannot provide legal advice but we can assist with completion of our forms and lodgement of any application. We would always recommend seeking professional advice as well even if only looking at the wider implications, for example legal or financial.
