Halifax also have some trading sessions where they are less £3.95 is the next one buy or sell UK or International shares. These are often noon to 14:00 UK and the middle of the session for US shares on the International ones.

Halifax is also the same trading platform as III as III is just a re-branded Halifax trading platform.

Are you sure this is correct?

I believe III moved to their own platform a year or so ago. I don't think they use the Halifax platform anymore.

i second this - i remember when they moved - in fact, i've been with iii for years - before they themselves floated so late 90's as they floated in 99 or 2000. anyway , on my statements in the account management - it shows the ones that were "migrated" to the new platform.

shareprice.co.uk is the same company and platform as iii - they specialise in mobile trading and are £9 per trade on iphone or ipad - the app is excellent. oddly they don't have a quarterly fee like iii.

I stand corrected, have to admit I have not been and looked at them recently.
