                    Hi,
I sold 2 handbags to the same person last week and they messaged me asking to consider combined postage. I replied,I'm not sure if I could due to the new size restrictions it might not be worth it but I would try. The buyer said thankyou and paid for one handbag immediately. Luckily the 2 bags are quite flat and I managed to get them in one parcel that would go as a small parcel still, so I sent a new invoice to the buyer for the second yet unpaid for bag minus the postage. I have since not heard anything back or received payment for the second bag and the parcel has been sat in my boot for a week?
Could they in theory open a case to say I havent posted an item even though they requested combined postage or can I send them separately and re-invoice for the second bag with the postage again?
Opinions please?
PS I have sent her a polite message this morning saying please can you pay for the bag so I can post the combined package.

Post the one that's been paid for.
Ask your buyer if she wants to cancel her order for the second one. (Tread carefully around a NPB case because of the first order). They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -
Request the buyer's details and PHONE her.
Perhaps she didn't get the invoice?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Hmm really annoying it took me ages to package them to get them within the size for a small parcel to do someone a favour.
Wont bother next time!0 -
Send her a message, as someone else said, the invoices sometimes don't send the buyers prompts.0

have sent 2 invoices and 2 messages now.....no response. Think I might just send the one she's paid for tomorrow.
So Can I re-invoice for the second bag with the post added back on?0
