AMEX Nectar Credit Card. Fee or no Fee?

Options
Hi,

I checked the AMEX website and in my search criteria I clicked - Credit Cards w/ no annual fee. The Nectar Credit Card apparently matched this criteria, however clicking on it - it has shown me that there is a £25 fee... Which one is it?

There's a £25 fee from mid-May though you can opt-in for a fee-free but less points card. There's like 3 threads here on it and loads of information online, not sure how you couldn't find that out.

Thanks for the reply, if a little hostile. I didn't know if the £25 fee was for existing or new customers. And after looking at their website I couldn't find a link to the free one.
  • Well the massive thread on it would have been on the first page when you posted: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4510369. Much more useful for both yourself and people helping you to use the heaps of content and advice in an existing thread than start a new one!

Why is it so hard for people to be nice?! Doesn't it take more energy to be rude and miserable?

Why is it so hard for people to use the search function?! Doesn't it take more energy to start a new thread and ignore all existing advice?

I'm guessing that the fee-free card is not available to new customers which, to be fair to the OP, is possibly an aspect that hadn't been covered in the other threads.
