This prize draw (“Prize Draw”), courtesy of Autochair.co.uk, is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over only, except employees or family members of employees of Autochair Limited or any trade organisations who supply Autochair products in the UK or internationally or companies or agencies directly connected with the creation and/or administration of this promotion.
Entry into this Prize Draw is by signing up to the Autochair E-Newsletter via a webpage competition entry form on Autochair.co.uk website or via a printed postcard form which must be received by midnight by Autochair by 30th August 2013.
The prize is a 6 night holiday for two people to a disabled friendly hotel in New York City with accommodation and must be booked by 1st May 2014 through a nominated travel company to depart between 1st January 2014 and 30 May 2014 (subject to availability) (the “Prize”). The Winner may upgrade the holiday prize, hotel, excursions, flights, disabled facilities, or extend the holiday at their own expense.
The Winner may opt to receive an alternate prize of an Autochair Liberty fitted to a suitable vehicle of their choice. The winner must provide a suitable vehicle with roofbars (which is subject to constraints of fitting the product and available, suitable roofbars - contact Autochair for more details regarding technical suitability) between 1st September 2013 and 30th May 2014 to Autochair for the purposes of fitting the Autochair Liberty.
Autochair will pay a sum of £500 to the winner by direct bank transfer to a UK current account once the holiday has been booked, confirmed and paid for. The £500 sum is only payable if the winner opts to take the holiday prize.
The Prize(s) are non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash value, be used in conjunction with any other offer or has any cancellation value once booked.
