1899 Subscription Failure

I have been using 18866 for calls to Abu Dhabi frequently. The price per minute has moved from 4p a minute in February to 10p a minute now. I tried this morning to join 1899 as the costs are half the price or less. Just got a message to say that:
"Due to lack of capacity it is currently not possible to register. Please wait at least 6 weeks before attempting to register again. Our apologies for the inconvenience."
Is this the price of success or something more sinister?

Sorry to hear that, I registered last night at about 22.15, no problems. Did a few test calls, checked my invoice online, its working :T
I'd suggest trying again later today.

fossiker, try registering to 1899 using a mobile number, if successful then add in your landline number.
