Bought a Macallister circular saw from B & Q in December 2012 cos it had a 15% discount. 3 year warranty included.
Macallister is it appears is a B & Q brand name.
Yesterday the motor burn out so rang the Helpline in the warranty booklet & they told me to take it back to the store.
Immediately refunded my money, then asked if I would like to purchase another saw.
Cheeky moi said 'can I have 15% discount off the new one then' ??
No.....but you can have 10% !!!
Now that is customer service for you.
