Quote for replacement burglar alarm

Hi

We have an existing wired house alarm that has been playing up that we would like replaced which is about 15 years old.

Had a quote yesterday from an SSAIB company as follows:-

Replacement Scantronic 9651EN41
2.1 amp battery
Replacement bell box
Replacement Decoy box
12 month Maint Agreement (£85 on its own, covers all call outs etc)
Total price = £457 inc VAT

No wiring work is needed and all the existing PIR's will remain as they are now.

Anyone recently had this type of work done or alarm engineers reading can advise if this seems fair please?

Thanks
