NSD # 18 . Unexpected NSD as was supposed to meet a friend for coffee but she's under the weather so had to cancel.
Went food shopping but not included in this challenge when it comes from joint account.
Have a good weekend all. We might even get a bit of sun here.SPC 18 Target £200 /0 -
Fed-up - A-mazing target...brilliant work,
Think I hit target since had a spendy on Wednesday (and a bad one at that - but with friends so worth it in one way) other than that not had a spend outside budget - which is £15 per week and nothing I don't need .
27th NSD 19,
28th NSD 20,

Dentist's appointment this morning, had already paid for treatment, but called in at cake shop afterwards for a sticky bun ... well, I've got another five months thirty days to be good before my next dental appointment:rotfl:
Anyone else do the same?
Me! :rotfl: I go straight from the dentists to the sticky bun shop every time!
I would like to contribute 2 more NSDs to the cauldron please, bringing me up to 18 NSDs for May :j
I had to walk past Asda and M&S on the way home from work so it was a struggle, especially since I knew it was beans on toast for me tonight
I am going out for lunch (and cocktails ) with friends tomorrow so there is a bright side!
Well done everyone on some fabby May totals! No more buying unnecessary toiletries 2018
35 UU / 13 unnecessary ins0 -
Evening everyone - well it's been a week of ups and downs, but thankfully the downs were at the start of the week and the ups have been at the end, especially as the sun finally returned today and looks like its here for the weekend :j
Well today was a LSD (low spend day for any newbies) got my eyebrows threaded (had waited an extra week to normal - very :money:) and picked up a £1 jar of beetroot for OH.
Yesterday was also a spend day, stopped at L!dl to get a top up of food for £13. BUT I DID wait to get my tickets - got them yesterday and super excited to be going to see Miles Kane in Oct. Bigger venue than the couple of more recent gigs I've missed which is a shame, but should be good nevertheless. I opted for old person seating tickets on the premise it's closer for OH to go to the bar, as a relative short ar*e I am more likely to be able to see and lastly I am too old to find glasses of warm pee being thrown about (apparently the 'in' think at gigs these days) 'all part of the experience'
That does also mean that Wed was NSD # 20 :j My highest EVER total in nearly 3yrs (or is it 4 I've been doing this challenge?)
Must admit my budget is looking a little tight for the rest of the next month until pay day so wish me luck.
Cannot believe it's June already tomorrow :eek:Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

I would never have got here without this thread helping me to go in the right direction. So it was 3 days of spends all month apart from the budgeted food and petrol spends. Claimed dental and glasses costs seeing as already paid for those.
NSD 28
Thanks to everyone who runs the thread, updates the totals daily, post and pictures - it all helps so much
Blimey fedup..... well done you, that's brilliant :T:T:T:TThe time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time
