Ebay problem..

Has anyone else had a problem selling stuff on Ebay.
I have tried at least 4 times now to sell my boxed set of Hetty Wainthrop investigates Video's. They are ( i think) very reasonably priced at £5. I have stated quite clearly that this is not an official boxed set .. I have taped them off the telly in LP ( long play) mode, and I have the ENTIRE series on video ( except episode 4 of series 2), I set the timer wrong and it recorded 50% of the Mel Gibson film "Lethal weapon 2", but I have kept that on the video if anyone hasn't seen it ( it does cut off halfway through, but it's still watchable).
I currently have this whole series on offer at a reduced price of £3.50, if it doesn't sell i am beginning to think Ebay isn't all it's cracked up to be. (The blank video's themselves cost me more than I am selling the boxed set for ..BASF 180mins) .. thats 360 minutes on long play.

Huh? Do people still have VHS players?
Have you looked on completed listings to see if people buy that sort of thing?
Perhaps just sell them as blank VHS?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')

As has been posted most people have moved on to dvd/blu ray so you have a limited market, and fans of Hetty Wainthrop investigates would probably want official items limiting your market even more .....
You may even fall foul of the copyright laws :-(

That reminds me, am off to get my Miss Marple series recorded off the telly LongPlay vhs tapes onto ebay for the free listing weekend......NB...People online who are here asking advice for "my friend" they really mean "myself" :eek:0 -
