renovate,unoccupied and land lord insurance

Hi All,
We have bought a little house that we plan to use towards our pension and thus rent out.
It needs a little work (new carpets, new bathroom, needs rewired, possible garage roof renewal etc).
Here's how i see it:
Unoccupied - while we carry out the work (renovation insurance?)
Unoccupied - while we look for a tenant (unoccupied insurance?)
Occupied by a tenant (landlord insurance?)
Possibly unoccupied between tenants (more unoccupied insurance?)
So, all i want is to make sure at all times the house/building is insured.
Is there any insurance product that i can take out that just covers me/the house for all of this without having to chop and change.
Thanks!!!

I think Home Protect can cover all of your scenarios but I have no idea if they are competitive on price.0
