Barclaycard balance transfer

I did a balance transfer at the beginning of the month to Barclaycard as they were offering 0% for up to 12 months: I transferred 4 little ones online; BUT today on my statement only 2 have gone through and not only have I been charged the balance transfer fee as expected, they have also charged me a purchase fee of 17.9%. After 40 mins on phone to various people they have promised to sort it out and compensate me for my phone call.
Just thought I'd warn other people who may have also taken up this offer to check their statements. Barclaycard say it is due to a "technical glitch".
