This is NOT their prepaid card or anything you use on e-bay...it's a straight credit card owned by Santander. We don't use it anymore, do not get paper statements and it is not registered on-line. I phone an automated number every month, hear the balance and make a payment. No problem. Now the number to ring has changed from 0871 522 5155. No new number is given, says ring the number on the card which is that one. Their website is that number and Santander have been no help at all. They rang last month to say I hadn't paid and I paid at that phone call but cannot speak to a person and obviously cannot wait for them to ring me every month. There must be someone else who has had this problem and solved it! Please help

Have been to santander branch. They could only get same number. Phoned Santander, can't help, it's not their card. Paypal numbers only about e-bay!

Can you not get a new card to transfer the balance to and then get rid of this card?

Thanks for reply but the number on the right is the very one which they now say has been changed but haven't told anyone what it has been changed to!

SAYNOTO0870 gives these two numbers as possibilities:

• 01132807080

I don't know if they're still valid but you could try.

Hi I have a Santander Credit card . I never call them and normally just pay online. But i have just checked and this number takes you straight to the credit card dept 08456 021 582.
