Refund or discount for faulty goods

I have just bought a personalised lunchbox for my 4yr old. When it arrived the zip on the pocket was faulty about an inch from the end. I immediately contacted the company and e-mailed pictures. They have come back and offered me a 25% discount as it is a "minor fault"
I would rather have a replacement as I watched my dd try and force the zip the only time I let her try it and i think she will break it very quickly. Do I have to accept the discount as it is a personalised item?

No you can opt for a refund if you've only just got it (ie you didnt buy it like a month ago or something).
You cant force them to issue a replacement though if it is disproportionately costly in comparison to another remedy. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
