The only way they can contact you is if you tell them who you are. They have no legal way to contact you. Of all the spurious reasons for a ppc invoice that is the most ridiculous.
A ppc issuing invoices for untaxed vehicles, absolutely ludicrous idea. The most they could do would be to report the car to the appropriate authority, as could any private citizen. Ignore, ignore, ignore.I can afford anything that I want.

There is only one reason for a ppc to issue an invoice for unpaid car tax is because they assume the rk will feel guilty and cough up. An easy way to make money from most drivers.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

As well as ignore there is another option that you could take, as long as the vehicle is Sorned
Collect a prking ticket each day, and wait for the letters to arrive in the post, e-mail the parking company telling them that you dont agree with their terms and wont be paying them, and unless they cancel this charge you want a popla code.
challenge each and every ticket seperatly to popla.
Repeat the above as many times as possibe, or until you get bored.
