does the energy club add up?
Hi new to forum and not sure where to go with this. Just used the 'energyclub' calculator which estimated our costs our dual fuel with first utility on iv12 as £50. We actually pay nearly double that and they asked us to increase our pyts. When I input usage on the club it was the winter monthly amounts so I have not underestimated. AM I BEING RIPPED-OFF. what do i do. When we joined them November last year we applied for and thought our tariff was a fixed rate to 31/3/14 but now we realise they put us on a variable so I'm pretty dissatisfied with the company as it is. Not sure how to proceed.
