I just want to know few things
I put an offer on a property and it got accepted but now since last 3 to 4 weeks I have been waiting for the EA to send me the vendor solicitor details on it as I still dont have it. My solicitor says we cant proceed till we have that info and the EA keeps telling me he is sending them but does not and comes up with weird excuses.
Am I being gazumped here and hence they are probably waiting for other seller's things to go through?
I already got my survey and mortgage offer sorted just waiting for vendor solicitor details to proceed so no delays from my end
Can someone please advise on this situation as to what can be done.

Can you contact your vendor direct?0

No I Cant as they have already gone from the house, I only saw them once on my first viewing for 5 minutes but did not really interact with them a lot as we were not sure if we will go ahead with this place.0

You could always ask the EA for the vendor's contact details. They would obviously have to check with the vendor first, but it's not an unreasonable request to make. Please respond to mine and others' posts with courtesy and kindness- and I will not deliberately disrespect you. Down with the trolls!0

He has lied so many times to me already I dont think he will give this but my solicitor said it could be good or bad if you speak to the vendor directly as it is like a deal breaker or maker0 -
Haha worked in both ways for me! At first it was a great idea as they told me the EA hadn't communicated everything I told them to. But then they got nasty and the sale was inches from falling through.
Having said that, I wouldn't take it back! Please respond to mine and others' posts with courtesy and kindness- and I will not deliberately disrespect you. Down with the trolls!0
