Samsung poor service

Just need to vent!
I had my Samsung Galaxy S3 sent off for a warranty repair to fix a problem with the headphone port and a broken back cover and it came back without being fixed. I contacted them to explain how dissatisfied I was and they said I need to send it to them again. I had already spent a long time without the use of the phone and I don't have another phone to use.
Their customer service is pretty terrible as well...their email form is difficult to use and there isn't a direct email address so you end up getting the same answer about six times from six different people.
I made a complaint about the service I had received and asked if there was any other way to get my phone fixed, and I got an email back that didn't contain any apology. The final line was 'this is the final decision made by Samsung you are not going to be advised anything different.'
I will not be purchasing a Samsung product again after this experience.
Do you think I might be able to get the phone exchanged at Phones4u where I got it from?

Surely you should have approached P4U in the first place. They are the ones responsible to yourself and legally liable.0

All three parties (Phones4u, Orange/EE and Samsung) are sending me to each other.0

Have you tried calling instead of emailing? Sometimes it's easier to get a result over the phone talking to a real person. Number is 0330 7267864 which should cost the same as an 01 or 02 numberSquirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
Now 20% cooler0 -
Samsung tend to be easier dealing with direct as they have contracted repair centers in most towns.0
