Moving data from micro SD card

I've got a 64GB micro SD card in my Galaxy S2 and want to replace it with a 32GB to use the 64GB in my Note 10.1. Is there an easy way to transfer what's on the 64GB card to the 32GB card?

Yes, if you have a computer and an adapter that allows you to use the micro SD with one of the USB or card slots on the PC

Connect both devices to your computer via USB (at the same time). The SD cards will appear in Windows Explorer as removable storage devices. You can then move the items you require from one to the other.
How do I add a signature?

Or, if you only have one adaptor, connect old card, copy to PC HDD, connect new card, copy from HDD to card.
