I'm so thrilled for you Fairy, that's great, yay yay yay.
Right, I come to you this morning needing to pick your brains about selling books. I've got a shed full, literally. Over the last 6 years (yes, 6!) I've amazoned, played, ebayed, green met (never sold a thing on there), zappered and car booted them. So now I'm left with the dregs. Can anyone recommend a 'we pay per kg for books' place please? They will have to be online and turn up to collect as there's nothing local to me. I'm looking at cash4clothes
Same goes for clothes. They've got a few more car boots in them but not many.
£54 from eBay payers, would be another £30 more but I used it to buy more stuff to sell, oops. I took £20 out in cash to top up my selling float. Bf gave me £72 of his earnings to include for our sea world tickets so I'm finally over to £200 mark with two ebayers still to pay.
This weekend I got a good look in my dads shed and I've decided to do a boot sale every weekend in June. We went to ikea this weekend and bought an amazing desk and shelves, perfect for eBay, but that set me back a bit. I spent ages in there last night sorting it, it looks lovely!I like to make money
Best wins: £3,000 luxury holiday, holiday in Cornwall, £250 Murad Skincare hamper, angle grinder

Hi All
Just a £10.00 Amazon code from Auto surveys.
Fairyclicks - if you get you FB selling page up and running again, let me know because I have some bits to flog. I don't like FB, but it might be a better avenue then eBay.It's not the despair, Laura. I can take the despair. It's the hope I can't stand. ~ Brian Stimpson, Clockwise0 -

Have you tried adding the books and clothes as job lots either on ebay (for collection if the postage too much hassle) or on gumtree - the car booters are on the hunt for goods to sell
Oh and thanks for the yeysi still can't quite believe it - just logged in to account to check i didn't dream it lol

What about doing a 'fill a bag for £x' at a carboot? I did that once to get rid of baby clothes and worked a treat, woman took a black bin bag of white baby gros/vests for £2.50
I was never going to get rid of them any other way.
Had a great freebie day today, picked up free pens, book and chocs at WHSmiths with O2 priority. Got sent 6 free juice boxes to try out as well as some anti ageing pills(for women over 45:rotfl:) and free sprite. It's saved me a bit as I'll use all the drinks for my students, saving me £5.2025 Mortgage start £378K 2025 Overpayment £103 Savings Challenge 2025 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**0 -
Finally finished my college course for this year so will save a fair bit on petrol until September. SAAS funding letter also received. Tuition paid and full student loan (means free childcare from the college for 2 kiddies so I'll save a small fortune)
£1 found while the tiny terror ran riot in the park. £21 in the piggy now.0
