Nothing to do with redundancy or changing jobs.

Your tax free personal allowance has been reduced by £450 just as it was last tax year when you were asked the same question back in March.

Don't you think you should phone HMRC and find out if you don't know the reason why?

Good spot - I will call them, although I tried twice last week and was holding for 15 mins each time and then gave up..

Phone them around 8am and you should get through.
