I don't know what a P2 Notice is if I'm honest..
It's a letter that you would get from HMRC that explains why your tax code is lower than the normal one.Maybe this has occurred as a result of redundancy payout and change of jobs?
Nothing to do with redundancy or changing jobs.
Your tax free personal allowance has been reduced by £450 just as it was last tax year when you were asked the same question back in March.

Good spot - I will call them, although I tried twice last week and was holding for 15 mins each time and then gave up..
