PLS HELP : Littlewoods delivery not received but signed for

Ordered a laptop online off littlewoods Home shopping for my daughter in nov 2012, to be paid for over 52 weeks monthly after I take delivery of the laptop. Waited 2 days around the delivery date for the laptop, it never arrived, checked my on line account and wow and behold, my account is telling me the laptop has been signed and delivered ???? puzzling isn't it especially when my daughter(who the laptop was intended for) and my mother were home throughout the whole day!!
Called Littlewoods, was told the supervisor had gone home so Littlewoods will call me back. Waited 7 days, no reply so I called Littlewoods again, this time a supervisor was there even though I did not speak with the supervisor the charge £1500 approx was taken off my account, this was around the end of Nov 2012.
Thought the matter was resolved, WRONG. Nearly 2 months later about the middle of Jan 2013 Littlewoods has re-added the laptop charge to my account again. When I enquired as to why the charge for the laptop was re-added to my account, they replied that the delivery was signed for and the signiture matches a signiture that was made for another item that was successfully delivered to me around the same time!!!
Littlewoods refuse to take the charge off my account after 2 investigations which they initiated from the end of feb 2013 (there was no investigation from the date I informed Littlewoods that I had not received the laptop till near the end of Feb 2013, there excuse was that at the time of me ordering the laptop, it was there busy period coming up to christmas. That is why they could not have a proper investigation then). I have never received this laptop.
Littlewoods have sent me 4 default charge letters since Feb 2013, every time I receive this letter I incur a charge of £12. There arrears department is aware of the fact That I am in dispute with them over this laptop as I have spoken to there department on the phone 3 times and I have also sent them a letter.
Pls advise as what to do next and what my rights are.

What did you say in your letter to them?
Have they sent you a copy of the signature or asked you to provide a copy of your signature? You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
When I sent the arrears dept a letter on the 23rd February 2012, I stated briefly the facts of my dispute with Littlewoods. That I ordered a laptop and I never received it yet on my account it was signed for and delivered. the laptop charge was added to my account then taken off, then re added to my account nearly 2 months later, and that Littlewoods were in the process of dealing with my case.
I also sent the track and trace team a copy of my passport as proof of signiture and also sent the same passport copy to the customers experience manager as requested.
I have been informed by my friends that I can request Littlewoods to provide me a copy of the signiture obtained for the laptop delivery but I have not done so as In my view it will be a futile exercise. I know that neither me nor any of my family members did not receive the delivery as the laptop was never delivered to my address.0 -

I was forced to initiate court proceedings against Shop Direct (Littlewoods). 2 weeks before the start of the case I had to send my trial bundle (evidence that I will rely on in court) to both the judge and Shop Direct. After seeing my trial bundle Shop Direct(Littlewoods) immediately settled the case. A big thankyou to Citizens advice Bureau for advising me.0

Wonder if the Littlewoods company rep would care to comment on why they required the threat of court action to sort this out?0
