Money refunded twice on credit card.

Do not freet the bank will take the money back. There will be a diary item just waiting to check the chargeback out.

But what you are forgetting is that money did not come from the bank, it came from the Ins's co bank... So the Ins co WILL notice that you have 2 lots of money off them and reject the chargeback.
If they fail to notice after 60 days, they do have a right to a goodwill request to claim the money back.
In this case of double refund your card provider can hardly reject it, but would contact you 1st.
The other option is the Ins co simply take you to court....
