Won the appeal to POOPLA!!!!

Just to let anyone who is worried about the parking charge from a private company know that following advice from here I appealed to Poopla, using the information that in contractual law they cannot fine you -just recover the loss-so the money they want from us is extortionate and also questioning their right to pursue you as they are not the land owner.
I have won my appeal :j
Thanks to all the people who tirelessly answer people's queries and constantly repeat that you have grounds for appeals,or simply ignoring the invoices and threatening letters sent your way.
Specially, thanks to coupon-mad-you were probably exasperated by my uncertainty but still managed to stay quite patient :T

Well done
Poopla :rotfl: very appropriateWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Well done. Coupon-mad is very patient and does a great job on here, as do the regulars.
If you're willing to provide info (with personal details removed, of course), your case could be added to the sticky thread for Poopla (:rotfl:) decisions to help others in future:
