New rules for oil boilers?

Someone told a person we know that new rules would be effective after the end of June. If he wanted to replace his oil boiler, he should do it before then as otherwise he would need to place it on an outside facing wall.

for installers/specifiers of oil heating systems (also has one for gas)..should have some of the details you require.
