How do I.....music from pc to Iphone

Please can someone help me. My daughter has a iphone 4 and lots of mp3's on my computer that has been collected over a period of time. What im trying to do is get them on the damn phone.

Ive searched google and most of the explanations are either too hard to understand or do not work.

I have a Windows 8 pc, not a mac. All I want to do beofre I have a nervous breakdown is to get the songs from my computer onto my daughters iphone 4.

Please please HHHEEEELLLLPPPP!!!!

You need to install iTunes.

Install iTunes

Get ALL the music that you want into the iTunes library, either by ripping CDs or importing mp3s

Sync the iPhone to this library

ITunes will replace ALL the content on the phone with the content of the iTunes library. It won't just add your new music, if that's all that you put in the library.

If the iPhone has previously been Synced to another computer, not yours, add the mp3s to that library, using import files or import folder, and Sync to that PC again.

Ok, what we have done. Itunes is installed. The songs have been put into Itunes on my pc but they are not on the phone. This is where we are struggling.

You've plugged the phone into the computer and followed the instructions, yes?

connect phone to pc by usb, and set the iphone to synch the music library \ playlists to the phone.. There is then an option to enable wi-fi synching which allows music to be updated from pc to iphone from within the house...

You need to connect the phone to the PC with the supplied USB lead and Sync the phone to the iTunes library. This will set the library on the Phone to match the library on the PC by default, and if you have music on the Phone that isn't on the PC, that will be erased.
