I sold and item and the buyer opened an item not as described case.
I was miffed because she had said that i'd sent a different chain with a pendent, i hadn't and the item is the exact one she bid on.
she has now realised she had made a mistake and it is the same chain as the one pictured in the listing, (shoulda gone to specsavers springs to mind)
I've asked her to close the case now she has realised but not heard anything back.
What can i now do? payment is being held in paypal and i really needed that cash by this saturday for my daughters birthday
Can i, the seller ask ebay to close the case if the buyer doesnt respond soon?

No, you'll have to wait for it to time out if the buyer doesn't escalate to eBay or isn't bothered with closing it.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise.
