I ve found that some things can t be printed from a mobile device. Sometimes the people say can t be printed off a mobile device and send a link to try on a laptop or pc. I have an app for my iPad called Epson iprint and I have been able to use that for something's.

I think that is the page I finally found, what ever bit of Samsung support I was on before did not recognise my phone model but where I am now has and it is downloading something. Fingers crossed. x
